Wholesale Shipping Policy

LudicrousDistro.com is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor specializing in regulated categories such as vape, CBD, THC, and adult products. We do not sell directly to consumers, and all purchasers must be licensed resellers with valid business documentation.

Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions

  • We ship exclusively to PACT Act–compliant business addresses within the United States.

  • Under no circumstances will we ship any product in our catalog to a private residence. This policy is enforced to maintain full compliance with FDA regulations, the PACT Act, and carrier shipping requirements.

  • Orders must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. We will cancel or adjust any order containing restricted items based on destination-specific regulations.

  • Common restrictions may apply to:

    • Flavored or synthetic vape products

    • Certain hemp-derived cannabinoids (e.g., Delta-8, HHC, THCP)

    • Adult products banned in certain localities

  • All shipments of age-restricted products require adult signature verification (21+) upon delivery.

Shipping Rates, Delivery, and Pickup Options

  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout using the lowest available carrier rates based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Shipping and estimated delivery dates will be provided based on availability and the shipping method selected during checkout.

  • For eligible accounts, we offer a “Domestic Pickup” option. Simply select this at checkout and notify us of your desired pickup date by email or phone.

Processing Time

  • Standard order processing is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Expedited processing may be available upon request for accounts in good standing.


Return Policy (Wholesale Only)

We offer a 30-day return policy for approved wholesale clients. Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Eligible Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team.

  • Accepted reasons include:

    • Incorrect item(s) shipped

    • Manufacturer defect (on sealed items)

    • Product damaged in transit

To initiate a return, please email info@ludicrousdistro.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • E-liquids, edibles, or consumables

  • Final sale, clearance, or special-order items

  • Any item not in original, resalable condition

Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund to your original payment method or a store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
